2. Data when visiting the website
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics services. When the site is accessed, the hosting provider collects technically necessary server log data (such as IP address, timestamp and requested resource). This serves operational security only and is deleted after a short period.
3. Processors
For website operation and email delivery we use carefully selected service providers, primarily in Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA). In individual cases, data may also be transferred to or processed in third countries; such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or a recognised adequacy decision. All providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and to data-protection compliance (processing on our behalf under Art. 9 revFADP and Art. 28 GDPR).
4. Contact
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email, message) together with technical data such as IP address and timestamp solely to handle your enquiry. The legal bases are the initiation or performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in secure communication (Art. 31 revFADP and Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Disclosure to third parties takes place only where necessary to provide the agreed service or where legally required. Your information is treated confidentially and is subject to our professional duty of confidentiality. We retain your data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry; in the case of a client engagement, statutory retention periods apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing of personal data concerning you, as well as the right to data portability. Please direct requests to infojsctax.ch. We will respond within the statutory deadline.
6. Security
Transmission of this website is encrypted (HTTPS). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
